Our client is seeking an AVP, Lending Specialist (Underwriting) on a permanent full-time basis. In this role you will be acting as a senior front office lending and as both an internal and external credit advisor. You will also be reviewing mortgage applications, suggesting changes and debating structural situations, underwriting more complex credit facilities and working with Credit Risk and Credit Ops to ensure credit facilities are within the defined risk strategy, ensuring that risk culture is built into all new product design, case submissions and portfolio reviews. You will need to have excellent administration skills, speed, accuracy and reliability and be CeMAP qualified or willing to undertake qualification.

Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a full-time Mortgage Credit Officer to join our client's firm. You will complete arrears management, contacting customers in default and providing weekly updates to the Senior Underwriting Manager.  If you are passionate about financial analysis and risk assessment and have a CeMap qualification, then look no further.
